First in pan and oil. Then add mustard seeds, urad dal, a pinch of hing, chopped green chiles and ginger. Then add the suji. Stir fry it in low flame till it gets puffed. Add salt to it. Now add curd to it. Mix it well. Now add water. Keep it for at least 1-2 hours for best results and if you want instant then add fruit salt but keep it for 20 mins

Now take the idli stand add the batter. Now add grated cheese and very fine pcs of curry leaves. Now steam it. Let it cool. Serve it with chutney.
