Ingredients

  1. Foridli
  2. 100 gramsurad daal
  3. 500 gramsidli rice
  4. 1 tspmethi seed
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspcooking soda
  7. Forchutney--
  8. 50 gramscoconut
  9. FewGalic cloves
  10. Fewgreen chillies
  11. 1bit of tamarind
  12. as requiredOil for tadka
  13. 1 tsp eachRai and zeera
  14. FewCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice over night, soak daal and methi together.

    Grind rice and daal together and make smooth consistency paste.

  3. 3

    Fill idli mold and steam 5-7 minutes. Now your idli is ready to serve.

    For chutney --Grind all ingredients together and give tadka with rai, jeera, curry leaves and add some urad daal. Enjoy guys and let me know if you cook.
