Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove the dust and sand particles. Scrub them well. Do not peel the skin.

Preheat your oven on 240°. Prick them all over with a fork. In a small bowl, add olive oil and all the other ingredients as well.

Mix well and apply this mix onto the potatoes. Bake them for over 40 to 45 minutes. Serve them hot as a yummy appetizer in any party or even for a weekend special family meal.
