Wash and soak the tiger nut, Ginger and Garlic overnight so that the sand can fall off in the water, wash the tiger nut again when ready to blender,

Open and wash the dates to bring out seed, wash the ginger and peel the garlic, I like using garlic and ginger for mine drink because it's good for the health.

Put some tiger nut, dates, garlic and ginger in the blender and add water to it and blend.

Here is my blended tiger nut milk, in the bender, pour it out and sieve, put the juice in the fridge and enjoy.
