In a bowl take all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, oil salt, curd and suji. Mix well then add water knead to make a soft dough.

Spread some oil over the dough and keep it in a warm place for at least 3-4 hours.

In a pressure cooker put chole and in a muslin cloth put 2 tsp tea leaves black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Make a potli and put it in the cooker with water. Pressure cook chole for 4-5 whistle or 15 minutes in low heat.

In a pan take oil add cumin seed. After a few seconds add chopped onion. When onion becomes golden colour add tomatoes, ginger, garlic paste. Add salt fry it on medium flame. When tomatoes become tender add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chole masala.

Now add boiled chole take out the potli cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add Kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Now chole is ready.

In another karahi heat oil for Bhature. Knead the dough once again. Now take one portion from dough and roll it. Fry the Bhature in medium hot oil until light golden in colour. Repeat the same process for the rest of the Bhature. Now the chole Bhature is ready to serve.
