Chop the onion and allow the heat to heat up before putting in the onions. Allow the onions cook for 1min.

Add the bell pepper 1/2 of it and the green chillies 3/5 of it.

Add the carrots and the corn. Allow them cook for 5 minutes to ensure everything cooks well. Add salt, black pepper and royce cubes (4)

Add in the rice and stir. Allow it to cook for 4 min of medium heat.

Finally add hot boiling water 5 cups. Cook the rice of high heat for 20min and reduce the heat to medium for 10 min then low for 5 min to enable it cook properly.
