Schezwan Sauce
Steps

Soak red chillies for 20min.

Remove top of chillies and boil for 20min.

Grind red chillies 1sp garlic and ginger with ice cubes to coarse paste.

Heat oil in a pan add remaining ginger garlic chopped and fry till golden brown.

Then add grind paste cook for a while then add salt sugar mix it.

Then add tometo ketchup,soya sauce,red chilly sauce, vinegar corriander stalks chopped and mix it well and cook for 5min

Cool it and it's ready to serve.
