Beans fry
Easy and less time consuming recipe in andhra style.
Steps
- 1
Wash and cut the beans. Put them on a hot nonstick pan and saute for sometime without adding oil
- 2
When they turn little softer add the onions,curry leaves and saute for few seconds. Now add little oil and fry for sometime till the beans and onions gets softer.
- 3
Add salt,turmeric, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste, dessicated coconut powder and crushed garlic.
