Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped lauki
  • 1 cupchana dal
  • 1chopped tomato,green chilli
  • 5-6bay leaves
  • 2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 2 spoonlemon juice
  • 1 spoonmusterd seeds
  • 3 spoonoil
  • For garnish:
  • as neededBoiled rice,rosted papad, pickle

Steps

  1. 1

    First we chopped gourd in small piece then boil dal and gourd 3 to 4 whistal cook both of them then take a pan add oil,musterd seeds,after that bay leaves,tomato,chilli and some boiled dal then add all species mix it then cook 3 to 4 min

    Then add 1 cup water then cook 5 min now it's ready to serve now take a bowl of rice and garnish as 2 and photo then serve it
