Hi friends, thought of sharing simple, easy and quick recipe which hai you can make at home. Kids do love boodles so try and cook these simple hakka noodles for your family, let me know how was it.

Bring water to boil, add salt and oil in it.
• Once boiled, add noodles in and boil it for 2-3 days. Keep stirring in between, check it once cooked al dante then strain and then run it under cold water.• Let the water drain and then mix little oil so the noodles don’t stick.

Heat sesame oil (if you have sesame oil then use veg oil) then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic. Sauté a bit on high heat then add green chilli juliennes.
• Add sliced onions then spring onions white. Sauté it.
• Add Julienne carrot, green peppers juliennes and then cabbage juliennes.
• Sauté a bit then add soya sauce and schezwan sauce (You can even add green chilli sauce of tomato ketchup if you wish to).
• Mix well, add salt and then noodles. - 3
Check seasoning and then serve hot with chopped spring onion as garnish.
