Pot main saunf,podina pata, adrak dalain.main ny dry podina use kya app fresh bhi use krskty hain.

1 cup water add kar ky boil krain. After boil,let in simmer at low heat for 3-5 min.

Chan kar cup main pour krlain. Lemon juice thora sa add krain.

I use without sugar.you can add honey if u like. Drink after meals.
