Heat white oil in a pan and sautee the vegetables and chicken pieces and keep it aside.

In a separate pan, put the butter and flour in low-medium flame. Stir it continuously but it shouldn't become red. Pour the milk into the mixture while continuously stirring otherwise there will be lumps.

Add oregano,chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, sugar and mix properly. If you want the sauce to be more thin in consistency you can add the pasta boiled water as required.

Add the sauteed veggies and chicken into the sauce. Put the flame in low.

Now add the boiled pasta (boiled with a bit salt and 1tbsp oil) to the sauce and mix all of it properly. Add salt/sugar if required further.cook for two minutes and serve hot.
