Take maida n add all the above mentioned ingredients except red chilli powder. Knead a semi hard dough n keep it for 10 mins.

Now take a fork n put some portion on it press it n roll it. U will get this type of shape

Shape all of these like this n deep fry them on low to medium flame. Sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder over it n enjoy with tea.
