Wash your beans very well and peel the back then wash your Onion and cut wash your red pepper and add then blend them altogether

Wash your milk tin and rop palm oil in side it to avoid sticked moimoi.after that put the mixture in each can and add water to your pot and heat arrange the tins and allow to cook until soft.when done add your boiled palm oil and pepper to the moimoi.enjoy
