Take wheat flour and salt mix well.

Add water making a soft dough. Let it test for 5-10 minutes. Knead again. Take a small section dust it with wheat flour.

Roll it in circle. Place on tawa for 1 minute on low flame. Turn the roti cook for 30 second on high flame. Flip it and place on High flame directly. Fulka puffs up. Take it down when puffs from all sides. Serve with any vegetables or dal or bhujia.
