Banana Suji Sheera
Steps

Roast suji in a pan. Cook smashed banana with little ghee till moisture evaporates and smoothens

Add raisins and cook till raisins changes colour. Heat ghee and roast suji till light pink.

Add saffron soaked in lukewarm milk cook for a while and add pistachios mix well and add cooked bananas and raisins.

First add water and starts bubbling add milk and cook till thickens.

Cover with lid and cook for 5-mins. Open the lid and add sugar and mix well.

When sugar melts add cardamom powder and again cover with lid for a while till moisture evaporates and ghee releases.
