Wash and Soak rajma for 4 hours. Then transfer to the pressure cooker. Add salt and cook for 10 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.

Now drain the water and mash rajma with whisker and mix oats well.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli and grated ginger. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and lemon juice and mix well. Make balls of dough.

Flatten the ball in kabab shape with the help of your palms.

Now heat oil in a griddle and place the kababs and roast on medium flame till it turn pinkish golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with sauce and onion rings.
