Take a big pot and put 4 litres of water....let the leg dip in it...nw make cuts on the leg and put garlic cloves in it...nw put the leg in water....add all sabut garam masala in it..and let it boil for at least 2 hrs...then check it...if it is not fully cooked then put some more water let it boil for another hr...then let it cool down in it's stock on the other hand mix all the other ingredients in yoghurt except almonds...

Nw take the leg out and marinate it with yoghurt and put it on a side for an hr...and then cook it in half cup of oil just for 15 mins from both sides on medium flame with cover on it...nw serve it and garnish it with almonds
