Ingredients

20 cookies
  1. Ingredients A
  2. 65 gcaster sugar
  3. 75 graw granulated sugar
  4. 60 gbrown sugar
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 100 gmelted unsalt butter
  7. Ingredients B
  8. 160 gall-purpose flour
  9. 0.5 tspbaking soda
  10. Other ingredients
  11. 1egg
  12. 1-2 tspvanilla essence
  13. 60 gsemisweet chocolate buttons

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Ingredients A in a mixer till it become a paste form.

    Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix and sift Ingredients B

  4. 4

    Fold in Ingredients B into
    the above mixture(do not over mix),
    then mix in Chocolate Buttons till no visible flour

  5. 5

    Chill the dough for at least 30 min.

  6. 6

    Preheat oven 180C,
    baked for 12-15 min or
    till the edge of the cookie turn darker
