  4. half tea spoonturmaric powder
  5. 6 pcsgreen Chili
  6. 1 table spoongarlic paste

    First cut the dry fish as you like. wash it hot water. then boil 15 minutes when it cool. separate bone to dry fish. now take a pan put oil when oil hot then put onion in oil cook 10minutes now add garlic paste. red chili powder 2tea spoon, tumaric powder half tea spoon. cook 20 minutes then add one cup of water then cook 20 minutes low heat. when dry water add green chili now it ready to serve.
