Ingredients

15 minutes
2 peaople
  • 1 bowlcooked rice
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 6cashew nuts
  • 5curry leaves
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 tsprai(mustard seeds)
  • 2whole red chilli
  • 1 pinchhing/ asafoetida
  • 1/2 cuppomegranate

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix curd and rice

  2. 2

    Keep in fridge for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Now add milk in this bowl

  4. 4

    In a pan add ghee

  5. 5

    Add cashewnuts

  6. 6

    Fry it

  7. 7

    And mix in rice bowl

  8. 8

    In same pan add rai,curry leaves, hing

  9. 9

    Mix this tadka in rice bowl

  10. 10

    Add salt

  11. 11

    Add pomegranate

  12. 12

    Mix well

  13. 13

    Ready to serve
