In a bowl add the wt ingredients first then the dry ones,using your clean hands mix it till your bowl get clean,

Then rube your hands with flour,and some in kneading surface,start kneading it continues till 30 minute

Cover the dough and leave to sit at ht temperature for 15 minute

After it rise bring it back knead it again for 5 minute then cut and mold it for perfect outcome

Cover it to rise for the second time for 15 minute then bring it back fry it
