Ingredients

20 minutes

4 servings

4 piecesphyllo sheets
1 egg
1/2 cupmilk
4 tbspoil
3medium size boiled potato(smashed)
1chopped onion
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tspcrushed blak pepper
2 tspextra oil
2 noschopped green chilli
1 nos chopped tomato
1/2 tspsalt

Take all the ingredients except phyllo sheets and extra oil. Mix them well and spread this mixture all over the phyllo sheet and roll it.

Set in a oil brushing baking tray. Brush oil over the pastry rolls and bake for 15- 20 minutes at 200 degree.

It's appear lite brown colour Serve hot.
