Beef Yakhni Pulao

Wash and soak rice for at least half an hour.

Put beef in a pan and add water and all other ingredients of stock and cook on a low flame.

When the meat is tender take the meat out and let the stock reduce down to 5 cups

In another pan heat oil fry onion and chillies in it.

Add some ginger garlic paste and let it cook for a while.

Add the beef and cook for 1-2 mins.

Strain the stock and add it into the beef pan.

When the stock starts boiling again add rice and cook until the stock level reaches that of rice.

Now lower the flame to it's lowest cover and steam cook rice for about fifteen mins.

Serve and enjoy.
