Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it than add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, salt, rice flour and lime juice. Mix all together well and masala ready.

Take a mixing bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt, carom seed oil and mix well. Add water to make har dough.

Now take a ball size dough from the dough and roll thin and cut thin strips. Take maida, water for slurry paste and mix well.

Apply the paste on strips. Make a + shape with the help of strips. Make small balls of potato masala and put in between the shape of + strips and fold it.

Take a kadai put oil in it heat the oil on medium flame and fry samosa till colour turns golden brown and serve with ketchup or green chutney
