Ingredients

  1. 6 1/2 lbscrawfish (adjust based on your family's serving size)
  2. 1 quartboxed orange juice or fresh orange juice
  3. 1 tablespooncooking oil + 2/3 cup peanut butter + 3 tablespoons spicy chili powder + 1 teaspoon black pepper + seasoning powder (adjust to your taste) + 1 teaspoon MSG + satay sauce + tamarind🦞

    Clean 6 1/2 lbs of crawfish🦞
    Slice 1-2 onions
    3 tablespoons spicy chili powder + MSG + spicy oil (if unavailable, regular cooking oil is fine) + black pepper + seasoning powder + satay sauce (if you don't want to use satay, mince garlic + onion + 3 lemongrass stalks, sauté until fragrant, then add chili powder and turmeric for color) here I use both satay sauce and sautéed garlic, onion, and lemongrass!

    Proceed as follows: Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil (using only orange juice is very tasty). Add all the prepared seasonings and then add the cleaned crawfish.
