Ingredients

  • 250 gramsokra(bhindi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala(or you can add as per your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder(or you can add as per your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon maggi masala
  • 3/4 teaspoon kitchen king (optional)
  • as per taste salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon kalonji
  • 3/4 teaspoon rai(mustard seeds)
  • 3/4 teaspoon jeera(cumin seeds)
  • 3/4 teaspoon saunf(anise)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sukha dhania (coriander seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder(haldi)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai add oil and let it get hot..

  2. 2

    Now add bhindi, haldi and salt and let bhindi get cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until it get cooked(on high flame)

  3. 3

    Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king, maggi masala, garam masala powder... and mix well

  4. 4

    Take a diffrent pan add one spoon oil into it and let it get hot... add all the raw masala into it(kalonji, saunf, rai, jeera, dhania)

  5. 5

    Saute it for 2 minute or till golden brown.. turn of the flame and add this to bhindi,,,mix well

  6. 6

    Bhindi is ready to serve !!
