Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 litre full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • As per taste sugar
  • 2 tspmango pulp
  • 1 tsprose syrup
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • Few drops food colours (red, yellow)
  • As required mixed dry fruits

Steps

    For ice cream base- Take a pan to boil the milk. When the milk starts boiling add the milk powder and boils the milk until it gets thickened. Then add sugar and boil it for a few more minutes. When the ice cream base is ready. Allow it to cool down at room temperature. Then divide the ice cream base into three equal portions. In one portion add mango pulp and yellow colour, in the second portion, add rose syrup with red colour and in the last portion add few drops of vanilla essence.

    Now take any container or box to prepare the ice cream into layers. Firstly put the mango ice cream and freeze it in freezer for at least two hours. When it gets a bit stiff then add the rose flavour on top of it and freeze again for 2 hours and lastly put the vanilla flavour on top of rose one and freeze it for 6-8 hours in the freezer. Now cut the ice cream and garnish it with some chopped nuts.
