Aromatic black sticky rice cake

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack sticky rice flour
  2. 1/2 cupmaida
  3. 4-5 teaspoonghee or refined oil
  4. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1/3 cup milk
  6. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 3eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Take a round stell utensil grease with one teaspoon of oil and one tablespoon of maida and let it dry.

    In a bowl add 3 eggs and whisk them with the powdered sugar.

    Add the required amount of oil and mix well. Add one tablespoon of baking powder and half teaspoon of baking soda and whisk well.

    Now add black sticky rice flour and mix well. Add half cup of maida and mix well. And add 1 quatre cup of milk and mix well make sure there is no lumps.

    Add the cake batter into the grease bowl.

    Pre heat the pressure for 10 minutes by removing the whistle and gas cate put a small bowl or a stand.

    After 10 minutes put the cake tin in and cook for 30 -45 minutes.

    And your cake is ready.
