Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsAll-purpose flour
  2. 3 tspGhee
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. 2 cupsWater
  5. 1 cupUrad dal
  6. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 2 tspCoriander powder
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 2 tspAchhar masala
  11. 1/2 tspHing
  12. 1 tspAmchur powder
  13. 200 mlOil for deep frying
  14. 1 tspSugar

    Soak the udad dal in sufficient water. Then drain the water and grind it.

    Heat up a pan and add the dal to it.

    Roast slowly.

    Mix all the spices with achaar masala and some sugar to it.

    Roast it properly.

    For dough take all-purpose flour and mix salt and oil to it.Now knead it softly.

    Mix the flour properly. Add sufficient water and knead the dough.

    Make some balls of it. Now stuff the filling.

    And roll it again.

    Now deep fry the kachodi on medium flame.

    When they become in golden colour place them on tissue paper.

    And it is done.
