Paneer ki Kheer
Steps

Cut the paneer into square shapes and keep aside.

Boil the milk and keep stirring untill it remains 1/2.

Now, add sugar and cardoman powder. Stir well.

Now, add paneer into milk and cook onto lower flame for 15 minutes. Do not keep on high flame.

After, 15 minutes off the flame and leave it for 3 hours so that sugar dissolves well in paneer. Freeze it. And garnish with rose petals and almonds.
