  • 2 spoonlehsan adrak
  • For gravy:
  • 4onion (kadukash)
  • 9 spoonoil
  • 4 dropskewra
  • 4tez pat
  • 8kali mirch
  • 6laung
  • 4bari Elaichi
  • 5dar cheeni
  • 2 spoonzeera
  • 3 spoonlehsan adrak
  • Half kg yogurt
  • 2shan paya packet
  • 4 spoonchilli powder
  • 3 spoondhaniya
  • 1 spoonhaldi

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil paya with above ingredients till completely cooked

    Fry oil and onion till golder brown and then add kewra

    Add tez path, kali mirch, laung, dar cheeni, bari Elaichi, zeera in it

  4. 4

    Add lehsan adrak and cook for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Mix shan packet, masalay and in pateela with 2 cups water and cook for 5mins

    Add yogurt in pateela and cook for 5 mins

  7. 7

    Add 1 cup water and cook it until dried

  8. 8

    Add 1 cup water again and cook it until water dried

    Add boti, haddi in created masala

  10. 10

    Add yakhni slowly slowly until salan consistency

  11. 11

    Put patela on flame, give 2,3 boils and then leave it for 15 min on low flame
