Steps

Boil moong dal in cooker. Add 1/2 tbsp ghee in it. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.

Wash Spinach and cut it properly. Take a pan add oil in it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and Asofetida in it. Then add spinach leaves and salt. Saute it for few minutes on medium heat.

Add cooked dal and turmeric powder,salt, chilli powder in it.mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Add little water in it. When it reaches the desired consistency switch off the flame. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, ghee and Garam masala in it.

Healthy and tasty palak Dal is ready to serve. You can enjoy it with Rice or paratha.😋😋😋
