2 Tinsphilchards fish
1onion
2eggs
2potatoes
2/3weetbix
4 TbspFlour
2 Tspsalt
2 Tspfine jeero
2 Tspblack pepper
Fresh parsley
Fresh Dhania

Peel potatoes and boil until soft, let it cool and then mash it.

Strain the philchards in a bucket, so all the sauce can drip of.

Mash the fish and mix it with the mashed potatoes.

Beat the eggs in the bowl and mix all the ingredients together and form a flat oval shaped fish cake.

If dough a bit sloppy add a bit more flour in.

Fry fish cakes in a pan.
