Steps

Soak broken wheat, Daal Chaana,Daal Masoor,Daal mong, Daal mash and barley in water for over night.

Take a pressure cooker,pour oil add chopped oinon and fry till light golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add boneless Beef and all spices and water as you required,stir well and close the lid of the cooker.

Leave it on a medium heat for 25 minutes.

Open the pressure goes off, open the lid. Water dried then mash beef very well with hand whisker (wooden spoon)

Cook wheat and barley with 6 cup of water on low flame till tender.

Boiled the all lentils on low flame till tender, cool and blend all lentils.

Now mix mashed beef with blended wheat, barley and gram mixture.

Put to cook in a pan meshing very well adding 2 cup of lukewarm water.

Check the spices if you need you can add the spices.

Keep meshing very well,cook for at least half an hour.

Take a pan add heat oil separately add Cumin seeds and red chilli whole and pour it over the haleem.

Your Haleem is ready to be served.

Garnish with fried oinon, green chilli, Ginger and lemon.

Serve hot with Rogani Naan or plan Naan.
