Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take a pan and add aata to it. Start roasting it on low flame and stir continuously to make sure it browns evenly.
- 2
When it turns light brown, add desi ghee and mix.
- 3
It should get a sand-like texture. Now remove from heat and let it cool down for 5-10 mins.
- 4
After cooling for 5-10 mins, add your powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix.
- 5
Garnish with tulsi leaves, dried fruits and makhne. Serve.
- 6
You can also serve it with fresh banana. Tastes amazing.
