Steps

Grind the soaked dals.Add ginger and green chillies and salt according to your taste.

Mix well keep aside for at least 2 hours.(you can make it right away but texture is best when we keep it for 2 hrs at least).

Now in non-stick appe pan pour the mixture,and cook it from all sides.

Now put the ready hot vada in water,take out and squeeze all the excess water.

Add sugar in dahi according to your taste.

Put in a plate keep soaked vada,add sweetend dahi,imli chutney,green chutney,a pinch of salt,jeera powder,chaat masala,Red chilli powder,sev and coriander.

Dish is ready to serve.
