Ingredients

  • 1large bunch of sweet potato leaves. Remove stems and clean
  • 2 pcs.Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 pc.red onion, sliced
  • 1thumb size ginger, sliced
  • 3 TbspFish sauce
  • 3 TbspBalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 Tspground black pepper
  • Notes: You can adjust fish sauce and vinegar according to taste

    Boil 2 cups water and blanch sweet potato leaves for 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Transfer potato leaves in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

    Gently toss until all ingredients are well distributed.
