  • Wheat flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Apples
  • Blueberries
  • Chicory seeds
  • Greek yogurt

    Wash apples and blueberries and put the blueberries aside

  2. 2

    Slice the apples into sizes of your choice.

  3. 3

    Get a bowl and put oat flakes, wheat flakes, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds and Chicory seeds

  4. 4

    Put your washed blueberries and sliced apples

  5. 5

    Pour Greek yogurt into the bowl and enjoy 😋
