Slice the apples into sizes of your choice.

Get a bowl and put oat flakes, wheat flakes, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds and Chicory seeds

Put your washed blueberries and sliced apples

Pour Greek yogurt into the bowl and enjoy 😋
