Put the all ingredients in bowl....

Mix well,and Knead it,with normal water.and rest for 30 mins.

Now make medium size balls,6/8 or more then,(up to you)

Roll out all ball,and apply ghee/oil,sprinkle some dry flour,...

Then put another roti on it,and apply ghee/oil, sprinkle dry flour,repeat the same methood with all balls,after making all layer....

Roll out the big roti,apply ghee/oil,sprinkle dry flour...

Now cut it in to length wise,then fold it...

Then press to make final balls(peda),roll out and put on Tawa...

Cook un till golden.
