Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut the plantain into a regular shape,sprinkle some salt over the plantain

In a frying pan add oil and allow to get hot, begin to add the plantain and fry it golden brown and drain on a kitchen towel

Put a sauce pan on a medium heat, add ur oil and allow to get oil, add in your chopped onion and minced garlic and ginger.

Allow it to cook for about 2mins

Then add your blended pepper and crayfish allow to cook till the water is well drained, and break and beat your eggs in a separate bowl

Add in ur crayfish nd thyme, curry, and seasoning cube and salt to correct the taste

Allow to seamer for 2 mins, and add in your beaten eggs and allow to cook for some mins and stir without it getting burnt and turn off the heat. Your plantain and egg sauce is ready to serve
