Chicken 250 g (cut into strips)
5 tbspFlour
1Egg
2 tbspVinegar
2 tbspSoy Sauce
2 tbspChilli Sauce
2 tbspBuffalo Sauce
2 tbspChicken Powder
Oil for frying

Mix vinegar,soy sauce,buffalo sauce and chillie sauce and chicken strips.Marinate for 2 hours

Add flour,egg,chicken powder and mix well,add water if needed.

Heat oil in deep pan,fry strips till golden.Remove from oil.Serve with chillie garlic sauce.
