Ingredients

  • 6Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2Greenchily finely chopped
  • 3Garlic finely Chopped
  • 1/2 TbspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • as neededSev

  1. 1

    First of all finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies.

    Then take oil in non-stick pan heat on medium flame and add cumin seeds and Greenchily fry well.Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes and cover it for 5 minutes.

    After that add all spices and salt and sugar and mix it well then last add 1 cup water to make thick gravy. And again cover for 3 minutes

    Your dish is ready add sev and coriander leaves for garnishing and flavor.
