Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 cupssteamed rice
  • 2 tsprice vinegar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspfurikake (I used wakame and egg type. You can substitute this with other furikake, beef/chicken floss, etc.)
  • As neededShredded chicken for the filling (you can also use tuna, egg, kani, etc.)
  • To tasteSesame seeds for topping
  • 8ready-to-use inari age (fried tofu pouched immersed in sweet shoyu)

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined.

  2. 2

    Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age.

  3. 3

    Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
