I sometimes miss making bento for my kids. Now and then I make lunchboxes to be eaten after they finish studying. This one is easy to make as long as you have all of the ingredients.

Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined.

Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age.

Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
