Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cupchicken broth
  • 1 1/2 lbschicken
  • 1 Tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 (28 oz)can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2-3 Tbspwater and corn starch slurry
  • 1/2 cupshredded parm and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cupchopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tbshalf and half
  • 1 clovegarlic chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In instant pot, add chicken broth

  2. 2

    Add chicken, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder and vinegar.

    Seal and pressure cook for 15 sealed, and 5. In natural release

  4. 4

    Remove chicken and slice while using slurry to thicken sauce

  5. 5

    Return chicken, stir in half and half, cheeses and basil

  6. 6

    Serve over pasta or rice
