Steps

Soak the rice 20 mins before we cook.

In mixy jar add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mint leaves half cup, ginger, garlic and grind it in to a fine paste. Keep aside.

Heat a cooker add oil and ghee and add chopped onion and paste cook it for 5 mins.

Add tomatoes, Salt, red chilli powder and mix it well.

Add all vegetable, mint leaves, curd and soaked rice and cook for 5 mins.

Add water and mix it well and close the cooker wait for 2 whistle.

Now vegetable rice is ready.
