Take kadhai pour oil, let heat it, give tadka of jeera, green chilli, I always put chilli in big chopped piece so that if anybody doesn't want can remove it easily

Then put chopped tomatoes and cook till it mashed it, then add salt to taste and stir it close with lid till tomato is cooked well

Then add chopped potatoes, potatoes pieces should not be too small then mix it well let all this masalas gravy cot all potatoes's pieces

Then add 2 cups water or as per your graves consistencys and cover with the lid let it boil till the graves thicken

Then add hara daniya if you wish and your dish is ready😊😊
