  • 250 gcarrots
  • 150 grice
  • 2, good tomatoes
  • ,,1 medium onion
  • 1cuccumber
  • 250 ggreen beans
  • 3,boiled eggs
  • 1 cantuna fish
  • piecesParsley cut into very tiny
  • Seasoning,salt, black pepper,some olive oil,lemon juice,
  • 1glove of cruched garlicd

    Boil potatoes and Peel them,then cut them into small squares.

    Boil rice in salty water and drain it

  3. 3

    Take ripe carrots and cut them into long,thin slices known in french as "julienne"

    Cut cuccumber,onions، and tomatoes the same size and put the three of them in the same bowl.,,,

    Presentation: take a big dish، divide it into three parts. In the first part,put the mixture of potatoes,carrots,and rice.in the second part,put the mixture of cuccumber,onion,and tomatoes.in the third part, put the boiled green beans with garlic on top of it.In the middle of the dish, put the tuna fish.put the egg halves around the fish in a décorative manner.In a small glass bottle,put salt, pepper,oil,lemon juice, and shake stongly.pour the "vinegrette" on top of Every thing and put parsley
