Gujias can be made without mawa stuffing . Rava gujias are also very tasty .
Steps

Crumble and mix maida and oil until it holds shape then add water and knead it into a semi soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

Heat a kadai add ghee roast cashew, almonds, peanuts then crush it. Now, add rava and roast till golden brown add coconut Bura mix and turn off the flame and let it cool.

Now add crushed nuts, fennel seeds, crushed elaichi and whole sugar into stuffing and mix it well.

Now take a lemon sized dough ball roll it into a semi thick sheet place 1 tbsp stuffing and start folding it.[Note :- you can use gujia shaper] shown in the picture.

Heat oil and deep fry the gujias till becomes golden brown.

Store it in an air tight container. [ Tip :- 1. Crumbling makes gujiyas crispy. 2.Always fry gujias on medium flame. ]
