  1. ①tart cookie dough
  2. 80 gunsalted butter
  3. 40 gicing sugar or granulated sugar
  4. 1egg yolk
  5. 160 gflour
  6. 1/2 tablespoonmilk
  7. ② Lower layer almond cream
  8. 40 galmond flour
  9. 30 ggranulated sugar
  10. 1/2egg
  11. 1 pinchflour
  12. ③Upper layer almond cream
  13. 60 galmond flour
  14. 45 ggranulated sugar
  15. 30 gbutter
  16. 25 gsour cream
  17. 1/2,egg
  18. 1egg yolk
  19. 80 gfresh cream
  20. ④Cream
  21. 200 mlmilk
  22. 40 ggranulated sugar
  23. 2egg yolks
  24. 20 gflour
  25. 10 gcondensed milk
  26. Vanilla
  27. muscat

Steps

    Grape farm in Saitama I visited.

    Mix all tart cookies ingredients in food processor. You don’t need to wash food processor every steps.

    Spread dough with rolling pin and put it in tart mold.

    Mix ②almond cream ingredients in food processor. Put it on tart dough.

    Make ③almond cream and put it on

    Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 45 minutes.

    Put ④cream ingredients in pan and cook stirring at low flame until thickened.

    Cool tart and cream. Spread cream on top and decorate with muscat.
